What to Expect

To review your loan fully, we may ask for some supporting documents, such as:

• 3 months’ bank statements
• 3 recent payslips or income slips
• A utility bill

If you don’t have these to hand, that’s absolutely fine please don’t delay contacting us. We’re happy to talk things through first, and documents can be printed in our office if needed.

Extra Support, When You Want It

You may also find it helpful to speak with the Money Advice & Budgeting Service (MABS). MABS provides free, confidential, and supportive advice to help you understand your options and plan your next steps.
