Did you know that we offer a convenient foreign exchange service to all our members? We have partnered with Fexco to provide you with access to a wide range of foreign currencies. Whether you need US dollars, Saudi Riyals, Swedish Krona, or Japanese Yen, we’ve got you covered.

• 0% Commission on Click & Collect: Enjoy our foreign exchange service without any commission fees when you use our Click & Collect option.
• Payment on Collection: Pay for your currency when you collect it, offering you flexibility and convenience.

• No Minimum Spend: There’s no minimum amount required to take advantage of our service.

Payment Options

Secure the best exchange rate online and pay in-store with Click & Collect. You have two convenient payment options:

Cash: Pay in cash when you collect your currency.

Debit from Member’s Credit Union Account: Alternatively, you can have the amount debited directly from your Credit Union account.

ID Requirements

To complete your Click & Collect order, you will need to bring:

• Your confirmation email (either on your phone or printed).
• Photo ID and address identification.

Order Fulfillment Times

Order fulfillment times may vary depending on the currency selected. Fexco will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

• In-Stock Currencies: They tend to hold most major currencies like Sterling and US Dollar in stock, so these orders will typically be ready to collect within 1 working day.
• Other Currencies: Other currencies may need to be ordered in and should be ready for collection within 4 working days.

Using the Click & Collect service, you can order up to €2,500 worth of foreign currency.
