Mortgage Arrears Resolution Process (MARP)
Palmerstown Credit Union has a Mortgage Arrears Resolution Process (MARP) in place to support members with a mortgage on their primary residence who are experiencing, or are at risk of experiencing, mortgage repayment difficulties.

If you are experiencing financial difficulties or are concerned that you may have difficulty meeting your mortgage repayments, please contact us as soon as possible.
We understand that circumstances can change. A change in income, an unexpected expense or a change in your personal circumstances can all put pressure on your household finances.

MARP provides a clear process for assessing your circumstances and considering appropriate options based on your individual financial situation.

What you will need
As part of the process, we may ask you to complete a Standard Financial Statement (SFS).
The SFS helps us understand your overall financial circumstances, including your household income, expenditure, assets and financial commitments. This allows us to assess your circumstances and consider what options may be appropriate.
