Payment Service Update: Instant Payments Temporarily Unavailable

Outgoing instant SEPA payments have been temporarily suspended following reports of delays affecting credit unions and other payment providers. Some instant payments are remaining in a pending status rather than completing within the usual timeframe.

The service has been paused as a precaution to prevent further instant payments becoming delayed.

You can continue to make payments. These will be processed as standard SEPA transfers, which take longer to reach the receiving account than instant payments.

We are awaiting further information from our payment provider and will update this page as soon as more information is available.
